REFUND POLICY Thank you for shopping with braven.my, the official Malaysia online store for Braven Perfume and Evangeline Perfume. Due to the nature of fragrance products, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. 1. NO CHANGE OF MIND / NO RETURNS FOR OPENED ITEMS For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for: • Change of mind • Opened or used perfume products • Items with broken seals after delivery • Dissatisfaction with scent preference Perfume selection is subjective, and customers are advised to review product descriptions before purchase. 2. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT We will consider a refund or replacement only if one of the following applies: • Product received is damaged, leaked, or broken • Product received is incorrect (wrong item sent) • Product is missing from the order 3. REPORTING AN ISSUE To be eligible, customers must: 1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 2. Provide: o Order number o Clear photos and/or videos showing: ▪ The issue ▪ The outer packaging ▪ The product condition 3. Ensure the item is: o Unused o In original packaging Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted. 4. REFUND PROCESS Once your case is approved: • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method • Processing time: o 7–14 working days, depending on payment provider • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by us 5. REPLACEMENT PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE) • Replacement items are subject to stock availability • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead 6. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES Refunds or replacements will not be provided for: • Incorrect address provided by customer • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability • Courier delays beyond our control • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product use • Allergic reactions or personal sensitivity to fragrance ingredients 7. ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES braven.my is not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers are advised to: • Check ingredient listings • Perform a patch test before use 8.
