3. PRODUCTS & AUTHENTICITY
All perfumes sold on braven.my are original products sourced through authorized channels.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior

4. PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Prices are exclusive of SST as applicable under Malaysian law.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. ORDERS & CONFIRMATION
An order is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.

Delivery is available within Malaysia only, unless stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays, public
holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
braven.my is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange once
opened or used.
Returns or refunds may only be considered if:
1. The product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect upon arrival
2. The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
3. Proof (photo/video) is provided
Refund decisions are final and subject to verification.
8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotions are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel promotions in cases of abuse or error.
