DELIVERY POLICY

At braven.my, we aim to ensure your orders are processed and delivered in a timely and reliable manner. This Delivery Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and related information.

1. SHIPPING PROVIDER

All orders placed on braven.my are shipped via DHL, our official logistics partner.

2. DELIVERY COVERAGE

• We currently deliver within Malaysia only. • Delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) may require additional transit time.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been handed over to DHL.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Estimated delivery times after shipment: • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days • East Malaysia: 4–7 working days Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

5. SHIPPING FEES

• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. • Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time and are subject to terms.

6. TRACKING INFORMATION

• Once shipped, a DHL tracking number will be provided via email or order status page. • Customers may track their shipment directly via DHL’s official tracking platform.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILED DELIVERY

• DHL will attempt delivery to the address provided during checkout. • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. • braven.my is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

• If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos for verification. • In the event of a lost parcel, we will assist in initiating an investigation with DHL. • Compensation, if applicable, will be subject to DHL’s investigation outcome and policy.

9. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PARCELS

• Parcels returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address may incur re- shipping fees. • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs.
